With the Merchant Partner Program you will have no expenses. If you purchase or lease an ATM you will be
responsible for a one-time charge or monthly lease payment as well as any costs for replacement parts,
supplies, tech support and receipt paper. Under the Merchant Partner Program, Nichols ATM Services takes
care of all these additional expenses.

Is there a contract?

No. We just request a 30-day written notice and we will provide the same. This allows us time to find a new
home for the ATM.

How much vault cash do I have to put in the ATM?

You do not need to put thousands and thousands of dollars in the ATM! Simply stock the machine with the
amount of $20 bills that you would normally deposit in your bank (our merchants are currently averaging
between $100 - $900 per day in vault cash withdrawals – and remember, this is cash available to spend in
your business). You may need to put in more cash depending on the level of business you experience. For
example, weekends tend to be busier than weekdays, so you may need to stock the ATM with more cash
on Fridays.

Who provides the receipt paper or replacement parts? Do I have to pay for these?

With the Merchant Partner Program, Nichols ATM Services provides all replacement parts, supplies, receipt
paper, and technical support at no charge to you. If you decide to purchase or lease an ATM you will be
responsible for these costs.

How much is the surcharge?

This depends on your type of business and location. The surcharge will be determined by you and Nichols
ATM Services. The current surcharge is typically between $1.50 and $4.00.

Who do I call if the ATM doesn’t work?

Call Nichols ATM Services at 1-866-345-5127. When the ATM doesn’t work, 99% of the time it can be
remedied over the phone with you and Nichols ATM Services. If that method proves to be unsuccessful, we
will send a technician to your location to troubleshoot the ATM.
