At Nichols ATM Services, we own ATM machines and are looking for places like yours to put them. We typically do not sell or lease
(unless you really want to purchase an ATM!) and we do not require contracts. Our money is made from the transaction fees, which
we share with you. WE PAY YOU to let us put our machine in your place of business. You get the added benefits listed in the previous
page as well as a cut of the transaction income. We call this a partner program because your business and ours has responsibilities for
operating the ATM as follows:

Merchant Responsibility

- Maintain vault cash (this process is explained in the next page: How It Works)
- Provide standard 110v electrical outlet
- Provide standard phone line (does NOT have to be a dedicated line; ATM can share with an existing line)

Nichols ATM Services Responsibility

- Purchase and own ATM
- Ship ATM to merchant location
- Install and program ATM
- Provide vault cash rotation training to merchant
- Pay bank network processing fees
- Provide all replacement parts and supplies (including receipt paper) at no cost to merchant
- Pay monthly commission to merchant
- Provide technical support at no cost to merchant
